Rasual Butler to sign with Bulls

Rasual Butler's agent said Wednesday that his client will sign with the Chicago Bulls when he clears waivers, according to CSNChicago.com.

"We intend on signing with Chicago when he clears waivers," Butler's agent Andy Miller reportedly texted to a CSNChicago.com reporter on Wednesday morning.
The Bulls had considered trading for a shooting guard, but they were unwilling to part with Omer Asik or Taj Gibson, preferring instead to wait to see who was bought out.
ESPNChicago.com's Nick Friedell reported that the Bulls don't intend for the new player to break into the starting lineup or even log major minutes. Butler averaged five points in 18 minutes this season after averaging 11.9 points last season.

The arcticle does NOT mention that he also starred in the music video "Here We Go" by Trina, so I'm not sure if this story is legit or not. Seeing as how the journalist didn't do his due diligence here.
But if it is true, we are getting a player known for his outside shooting. And before this season, Butler averaged double digits in his last 3 full seasons. And at 6'7'', he should be able to defend some of the bigger two guards in the Eastern Conference as well.
