Tampa Bay Rays starters Evan Longoria, David Price and Reid Brignac were victims of a burglary of their shared house in Port Charlotte, Fla.
Among the items stolen were a 60-inch flat-screen TV, three iPads and two Xbox video game systems, the St. Petersburg Times reported.
Price, who was the first to discover the break-in, said he lost around $50,000 worth of items including several high-priced watches.

It is really surprising athletes don't get robbed more.  People know where they live, and when they are out of town.  Plus this is just their spring training house, so im sure security is not as tight as there actual houses.  On top of it Florida seems to be either extremely rich or extremely poor and those areas are right next to each other.  Shit if I was 16 and lived by one these guys I'd have right mind to see if their screen door was open and make out with an xbox or 2, let alone some kid who hasn't eaten in 2 days because he couldn't catch any rabbits.  They are lucky one of them wasnt home with an injury and got Sean Taylor'd out of no where.  This is the 2nd time Longoria got robbed, he got his '67 camero was boosted recently as well.  I guess those are the breaks, and he can't seem to catch one.
This story is average, the real story would be about the partying that gets done at this house, in a resort town, during spring training, by the teams biggest stars and most personable guys.
Port Charlotte, FL where the robbery occured.  Place looks like it sucks.  Current Chicago Temp 31F
