I will have to call Apple. My serial number is within the range and it says it is invalid.
Dang this is, I just bought a new battery to replace the one Apple will now replace for free. I guess I can try and return it for something else after it gets here. I don't really like having two batteries.

If this works out and a Beatles iPod does come out with a commercial alongside I can almost guarantee you the song will be Revolution.

sorry if I do not support everyone's Anti-American Military views.
Cutting the Military is not for me ... Even though I would have to pay higher taxes, I'd rather scrap all these Government Casinos and Government Bookies we have up in Canada than reduce even one dollar in Military spending.
Yet time and time again you've given absolutely no reasoning as to why Canada needs a bigger military or why the USA shouldn't cut pack.
Essentially its been, "because".
Now that is fine and you are entitled to just think something "because", but you have to recognize that means it has no credibility or even rationale behind it.
I'd love for you to at least give your own reasoning so we can understand your viewpoint.

The old comments are hilarious.
US Apple store is stating ships within 24 hours. For new or refurbished. I've been debating on getting one since they bumped it to 160. I guess I better do it soon.

I think I would want a retina display first. I'd rather wait for battery technology to improve before having an iPad with a shorter battery than my ipad 2.

What happened to it?
The palm rest (which has already been replaced once) is chipping up from the corner. Its also lifting up from the left side next to the CAPS LOCK button. A few keys (shift and the arrows) are getting mushy. The screen bezel is coming off from the right side. The top of it is chipping off as well.
There are also hairline cracks where the heat is released. Finally the bottom of the thing is heat discolored very dark.
My wife has a new unibody Macbook and the build construction is so much better than my old whitebook.

The board that oversees what the top 3 executives do at Apple knows more than you about production issues of MILLIONS of hi-tech devices.
Anybody familiar with production and distribution issues knows that despite excellent planning there may be issues during production that cannot be forecast.

Basically, people who live in an effing dreamworld based on an totally domestic American worldview largely based on sci-fi movies and pop culture, with no real world experience as a contributor to a global economy.

No you would not. As there have been no more in the country. Its all good, I'm more than happy to wait. As per in my post 3-4 weeks stayed like that for 2 weeks, then 2-3 weeks stayed like that for 2 weeks into the 3rd week now.

By the way, am I the only person here who thinks Halo Combat Evolved was the best? Halo 3 comes in very close for me.
Halo: CE was great, and was one of my most memorable experiences in games. I'd never been into shooters before playing it, so I didn't go in with any preconceived notions or anything. It was a blast right from the get-go.I liked Halo 3, but not nearly as much as CE, or even ODST for that matter. The writing and story in Halo 3, while great sci-fi, are a bit silly, in my opinion. I liked ODST for the dark, gritty, get-out-alive feel it had. It had a great story, and was very well voice acted as well.
I'm just waiting for UPS to show up with my Legendary version and Reach console, then I will start playing. I'm hearing, from a large number of people who's opinions I respect, that Reach is just slightly below CE in the list of great Halo games. So, it is looking like Bungie went all out, and successfully so, with their last Halo game. I can't wait to dig in.

I personally do not like adobe one bit. I try to keep anything with the Adobe name off my computer. It's buggy, it doesn't look good, and photoshop is expensive. I don't care how powerful it is, I still hate the program. I would much rather use something else. But then again I'm not a photo editor so I don't know when I would need to use anything else.
Anyways, I'm happy Apple is keeping flash off the mobile browser because I don't want to see pop up ads, I don't want to see video on any website except youtube, and I don't want to deal with the endless parade of bugs that are sure to come with adobe putting flash in an already near perfect mobile web browser.

Heres my question..........Iphone4 is reaching maturity as the number sold has decreased each day as many await the iphone5. How will Apple compensate for revenue and profit in these 2 quarters???? Ipad2 isn't going to make up the difference. I wouldn't count the Iphone5 out yet in late June or July unless there is a part shortage from Japan.
Remember Apple is not the type of company that must put every feature into its upcoming product.
