He was furiously lambasted by girlfriend Chanelle Hayes when he was spotted leaving London's Alto nightclub with glamour model Daisy Watts last week.
But the former Big Brother contestant's rant has clearly done little to distract Jack Tweed, who was seen leaving the same nightspot with a mystery blonde last night - on the eve of Chanelle's 22nd birthday.
And, clearly aware he is sure to face another furious tirade from Hayes, Tweed was overhead saying, 'Oh no, not again!' as photographers captured a shot of him leaving with the woman, who was clad in a tiny minidress

Looking scruffy in a hooded denim shirt, ripped jeans and trainers, Tweed appeared to be embarrassed as he left the bar, and tried to hide his head in his hands while he and his new friend escaped in a taxi.
Tweed's night out comes just days after Hayes' Twitter outburst, prompted when she saw the photograph of Tweed leaving the club hand-in-hand with pretty brunette Watts.
Former Big Brother star Hayes and Tweed were thought to have split up four months ago when she was still pregnant with her son Blakely.

But after launching into an angry tirade on Twitter accusing Tweed of 'lying', Hayes revealed they had been secretly dating over the past few weeks.
She wrote on her Twitter page that Tweed claimed he was 'cousins' with Watts, tweeting: '"She's my cousin honestly I love you..." Bla bla bla! Biggest load of rubbish ever! Hahahaaaaaaaa!!'
She later added: 'Since when has Daisy Watts been cousins with Jack Tweed? So funny they leave Alto holding hands and he STILL lies his a**e off!! Woww!!
