Sarah Jessica Parker's twin daughters had a hair-raising time at the playground yesterday.

A gust of wind lifted 15-month-old Marion and Tabitha's red locks - giving them more than a hint of a surprised expression as they sat waiting for hometime in their double buggy.

The duo had spent the afternoon running around their mother as they played, with Sarah Jessica helping them navigate the swings and slides.

Each got a turn in their mother's arms, as the 45-year-old lifted them up for a cuddle.

But their favourite toy was found in her bag - her Blackberry. It was soon in the mouth of one twin before Sarah Jessica could retrieve it.

The Sex And The City star was dressed down for the playday in jeggings and a body warmer.

It was a big change from earlier in the week when the glamorous star appeared at the White House to support First lady Michelle Obama at the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award presentation ceremony.

The actress is a vocal supporter of the Obamas.

Meanwhile is currently under much speculation about whether the hugely successful Sex And The City franchise will return for a third film after the second one was mauled by critics this summer.

Before thenm Parker is rumoured to be starring in the lead role in The Ivy Chronicles, based on a book by Karen Quinn, which tells the story of a woman who starts a new life for herself and her children after her husband dies.

She is also said to have been lined up for another romantic comedy called A Family Affair.
