Put some shoes on: Charlotte Church pops out of a studio for a cigarette break in just her dress and tights
She's complained some music critics don't take her seriously because of her 'chavvy ladette' image.
But spotted smoking outside without her shoes on, Charlotte Church isn't likely to be labelled sophisticated any time soon.
Taking a break from a photoshoot over the weekend, the 24-year-old didn't seem to care about the sole of her fishnet tights on the grubby ground.
Currently promoting her musical comeback after taking time out for motherhood, Charlotte slipped into a little black dress for the sexy shoot.
In an interview over the weekend, Charlotte complained she had been portrayed as a 'chavvy ladette'.
She told Wales On Sunday: 'My main problem is I’ve been made into a caricature of this chavvy ladette, a right simpleton, and that’s detracting from the main thing, which is my music.'
Despite her split from Gavin Henson, Charlotte is considering going to support him in the Strictly Come Dancing audience.

Ideally, she would love to bring their children Ruby and Dexter to watch him in action, but under-14s aren't allowed in the studio.
She explained: 'I wanted to take the kids up to see him but no-one under 14 is allowed so I might take the girls up there instead. I would love to go and watch Strictly.'
After a five year hiatus from the music industry, Church is preparing to release her new album Back To Scratch on October 25.
The album features songs inspired by her broken relationship from Henson, and also features the songwriting abilities of Jonathan Powell - her new boyfriend.
Church had known Powell for some time because he worked in her mother's pub, but insisted they only got together as a couple after she ended her engagement from Henson.
Despite getting engaged to long-term love Henson in February, the couple split secretly in April after Henson returned from filming reality show 71 Degrees North in Norway - only announcing the end of their relationship six weeks later.
She told Heat magazine last month: 'He’s a lot more grown up and open. I think he learned a lot about himself and he’d never had time to sit back and reflect before.
‘When he proposed, I was overjoyed. It was amazing. I really was going to marry Gav and spend the rest of my life with him. But then he came back from Norway and he’d changed and I’d had time to think.'
